StreetRC Terms and Conditions

Welcome to StreetRC! By participating in our events, using our services, or accessing our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Participation and Eligibility

All participants must be at least 13 years old or have parental consent to race at StreetRC events.
Participation requires registration and agreement to our rules, including safety and conduct policies.
StreetRC reserves the right to refuse participation or membership to anyone for any reason, including misconduct or safety concerns.

2. Race Entry and Scanning

All racers must scan their car and/or use a StreetRC digital license for each event to track points and progress.
In case a personal device is not available, shared devices may be provided temporarily.
Points and progress are tied to individual accounts; sharing or misusing accounts is prohibited.

3. Membership and Payments

Membership grants access to unlimited racing sessions, 2x points rewards, and a digital license card.
Membership fees and race entry fees are non-refundable.
StreetRC reserves the right to change fees, membership benefits, and policies at any time with notice.

4. Use of Equipment and Modifications

Rental cars must be treated with care. Damage caused by negligence may result in repair fees or disqualification.
Personal cars and modifications must be registered and approved by StreetRC staff to maintain fairness and safety.
StreetRC is not responsible for damage to personal vehicles during events.

5. Conduct and Safety

Racers are expected to behave respectfully toward other participants, staff, and property.
Harassment, cheating, or unsportsmanlike conduct will result in warnings, point penalties, or bans.
Safety equipment and rules must be followed at all times.

6. Liability Waiver

Participation in StreetRC events is at your own risk.
StreetRC, its staff, partners, and affiliates are not liable for injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
By participating, you waive all claims against StreetRC related to accidents or damages during events.

7. Data Privacy

StreetRC collects personal data including contact information, race stats, and account progress.
This data is used to improve user experience, track performance, and manage membership.
Personal data is never shared with third parties without consent except as required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and digital assets related to StreetRC are the property of StreetRC or its licensors.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of StreetRC content is prohibited.

9. Changes to Terms

StreetRC may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Users will be notified of major changes via email or website announcements.
Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
